Questions
About 30 minutes, once, and the app walks you through every step with the exact values to paste. Buy one or two look-alike sending domains (getacme.com next to acme.com, about $10 a year each). Connect Microsoft 365 with one app registration. Add the DNS records we show you, or let us add them through Cloudflare. Add a mailbox per person per domain. Then import a list, write four short emails, and enroll. If you use Claude, it can do most of this with you through our connector.
Give it at least 30 days. A new mailbox sends 10 cold emails a day for its first week, 20 the second, and 30 from then on; the app enforces this so a new domain never looks like a spammer. Most teams add a warmup service for the first 2 to 4 weeks on top. So plan on your first month being mostly ramp. That isn't the product being slow, it's what keeps you in the primary inbox for the months after.

Yes, with sample data. The free sandbox is a made-up company with two weeks of outreach in it: replies to answer, sequences, domains and mailboxes. Press anything; nothing in it is ever emailed to anyone, and there's no card. What it can't do is send for real, because real sending needs your own domains and a few weeks of ramp, which no 14-day trial would cover. When you pick a plan, the sample data is cleared and the sequences and people you added stay. After that, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you. Open a sandbox.
Your own sending domains (about $10 a year each) and the Microsoft 365 mailboxes on them (about $4 a month each). Address verification runs about $0.004 per address, so a 10,000-row list is about $37. Optional: a warmup partner for the first month (about $25 per mailbox) and a contact finder from about $50 a month. You sign up for those yourself and we show you exactly how, or we can run them for you.
About 30 new cold emails a day per mailbox once it is fully ramped: Starter's 2 mailboxes are about 60 a day, Growth's 6 about 180, Scale's 15 about 450. Follow-ups are replies in the same chain and count toward the same daily limit. The ceiling is deliberate, because it's what keeps you in the inbox. If you need 500 a day from one person, this isn't your tool.
Yes, any time, under Settings → Plan & billing. Moving up takes effect right away and is prorated; cancelling stops renewal at the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays exportable as CSV either way.
The founding price we promised: $29 for Starter or $79 for Growth, which are today's launch prices, held for your first year.
No, and that's deliberate. Cold email goes out from a second domain you own that points at your real site, so if cold email ever dents a reputation, it's never the domain your invoices and customer email run on.
Your own mailboxes on your sending domains, Microsoft 365 today and Google Workspace next, through one app connection you grant. Not an email API, because email APIs ban cold outreach. Replies show up in Keep Your Chain and in Outlook, because they're the same mail.
Yes. Sequences, reply detection from any address, the one inbox and the domain monitor work for any outreach. The storefront scan, which finds stores by the apps they run, is built for software sold to online stores; if that's not you, bring your own list as a CSV.
Adams Chimera and Evelyn Lee, founders of Customer Luv and Adshelf, in Manhattan Beach, California. We built Keep Your Chain to do our own outreach for those products and ran it on ourselves first.
